The ReGen Civics Fund is in formation. It is not yet a legal entity. We are gathering non-binding Letters of Intent. When they reach critical mass, the founding investors meet to agree the legal structure together, and the fund is formed. Target launch: 2027. Until then no capital is accepted and no money moves.
The modelled target is 12 to 18% net IRR, blended financial and impact returns. It is a target, not a promise. Once the fund is formed, Fund Voice governance tokens are designed to give participating investors a say in fund decisions.
