Governance: voice rooted in land and contribution

ReGen Civics uses voice-based governance: decision power flows from verified contribution, not from capital alone. Two governance tokens exist. RGVoice governs the ReGen Game (quests, community, game economics). Fund Voice governs fund investment decisions. Both operate through the Hypha DAO framework on the Base network, so decisions are recorded transparently on chain.

Members raise proposals, the community deliberates in the forum, and ratified decisions execute through our machine governance pipeline. Anyone can review community proposals or the live assembly. The result is governance that stays accountable to the people doing the regenerative work and to the land itself.
