The Assembly is the community-governed space of the ReGen Civics Game. Anyone in the community can raise a proposal, signal where they stand, and help decide what advances to an on-chain vote on Hypha on Base. The Fund is governed separately; this page governs the Game.
How a proposal moves
Forming: the idea gathers signals and a synthesized read of the forum conversation.
Last call: a final window for late objections before the vote opens.
Deciding: the binding vote runs on Hypha on Base.
Record: the full trail of every ratified change stays public: the conversation, the vote, and what changed.
The Evolution Engine
The Game grows by the hands of the people playing it. When a proposal passes, our own automation can take it from there: build it, ship it, and let the Game evolve. Every machine-built change waits 24 hours in the open before going live, any Steward can pause it in that window, a person signs off on each ship while the system earns trust, and two failed ships in a row pull the machine back a level automatically. The community votes on how much room the machine gets.
Walkthrough proposals marked Example show each stage with realistic content. Real decisions live alongside them and in the community forum. Read how governance works or see the token model behind voting voice.
