Voyage Covenant and rental terms

Version 1.0, effective 16 July 2026. These terms apply to every voyage aboard the ReGen Ship. The agreement is between the Church of the Regenerative Earth, also doing business as ReGen Civics, and the person who books plus every approved driver and guest aboard.

The voyage at a glance

• Voyage window. Monday 5pm to Monday 11am. Whole weeks, chain up to four.
• Travel radius. 500 miles from Ashland, up to 1,250 miles on a four-week sail. Farther needs written permission first.
• Miles included. 1,000 road miles, then 50 cents a mile.
• Drivers. 25 or older, licensed, approved on Outdoorsy. Never drive after cannabis.
• Crew size. Up to 4 aboard, or 5 when at least 3 are children.
• Clean vessel. Meat, alcohol and smoke free inside, the whole voyage, unless agreed otherwise.
• Pets. Not allowed as a rule. Exceptions need written approval and a pet fee.
• Security deposit. 1,500 US dollars, refundable, held on Outdoorsy and returned after inspection.
• Late return. 50 dollars an hour for the first 12 hours, then 600 dollars a day.
• Her quirks. Rented as she is. A 2006; the leveling jacks are partly manual.
