Custom Games: a coordination game for your land project

A complete coordination game for a community, built on the same foundation as Amora and owned outright by the project running it. Three to five projects per season.

Who it is for

Founders starting a land project who want clear agreements from day one: who decides, how money flows, how new people come in, written down and playable. Investors putting money into a land project who want a live window into decisions, money and progress without chasing anyone for updates.

The problem it addresses

Land projects fail on coordination long before they fail on permaculture. The soil improves, the gardens go in, and the project still unravels: coordination breaks first, then money opacity, then burnout in the two people carrying everything.

Without a structure that can hold new people, every person who joins adds weight to the same two or three who carry the risk. More members should mean more capacity; instead it means more to hold, more to explain, more to chase. Structure is what turns willing people into contributing people, so the work spreads and the founders stop being the single point of failure.

Running in production

Amora is a regenerative village rising in Costa Rica and the first client. Their game runs today: four paths into the village, quests with consent-based crediting, a Gratitude currency, twelve stages of growth, a living map where every building traces back to a funded build or a claimed quest, and Maia, their own AI guide.

See the games already in the network, or Season Two, which is the route in for projects that want the structure before the software.
