Temple of Roots - Guat/Texas

**Temple of Roots** is a early-stage regenerative land project based in Guat/Texas.
**Vision**
I have some special lands I need to activate, organize, and regenerate... one in texas in the piney woods of east texas, and an Atitlan earthship in barrio 2. Since I rented out the earthship for a year we can start in E. Texas I have 14 acxres and two tenants right now.
**Land status:** owned
**Scale:** 6 hectares
**Regenerative practices**
Permaculture, lots of bird poop, humanure. Building soil. Huggelculture, spring birthing, swales, etc
**Governance approach**
by contract
**Community engagement**
facebook, networking
**Team:** Owner and two tenants are the seed community. People have been renting on spots on hipcamp. (3 people)
**Current funding:** veteran disability, rentals
**Funding needs:** i would love to activate, and fully monetize the lands.
**Time commitment:** I can do it. My tenants may cooperate.
