**Current funding:** Currently raising money through LOGD but nothing signed yet.
**Funding needs:** We have several investment options depending on interest
Option 1: Raise the entire $866k for building The Pantheon + Retreat Lodging 1 upfront and proceed with construction on an accelerated timeline. Investors take 45% ownership.
Option 2: Raise $255k to build The Pantheon now, and then raise the remaining $611k for Retreat Lodging 1 next year. This would delay Phase 2+3 completion by one year. With this option, the 1st round would give investors 15% ownership and the 2nd round would give another 25%, giving investors 40% total ownership.
Option 3: For the cautious investor, we could build Phase 0 - The Executive Suite first for $142k. This would allow us to validate our construction methods and costs before proceeding with the next Phases. This would delay Phase 2+3 by 2 years and investors would take 7% ownership. Even in the worst case if no further construction happens, the property value will be $350k of which you would own 40% equity.
Option 4: We could raise a seed round of $40,500 to finish our perimeter fence and create blueprints for
Phases 1+2+3 to give us exact construction quotes. Investors take 2% ownership.
We would prefer Option 1 but are open to all options. All figures in our Pitch Deck and our Financials Spreadsheet reflect Option 1. We can create detailed financial analysis for Option 2, 3 or 4 upon request.
**Time commitment:** We are fully committed to our project and will put in whatever time is necessary

This is a profound vision you’re bringing to life in Guatemala. Creating a space for healing and personal growth is incredibly important. Your commitment to both the land and the community shines through. As you plant seeds for this retreat, remember to engage deeply with the earth, and the people who call it home. Let every step you take be in harmony with the land and its traditions. Healing can flow through both the practices you offer and the relationships you build. The spirit of Aquarella may grow roots in connections with those you strive to uplift.
