This is the beginning. Quest 0 is about burning the stories that no longer serve you to make room for new ones to grow.

I spent three days writing down every belief I had about what success looked like, then I burned the list in my backyard fire pit. Recorded my reflection the next morning. Still processing it. The fire is a good beginning. What you carry to it matters as much as what you plant after.
Take your time with what you name. Some stories we think we are done with still have roots. Sit with the question honestly, even if it takes longer than a single recording.
And when you know what you are ready to let go, hold in the same breath what you want to give your hands to next. The burning and the planting belong together.
