Just finished all four videos and my biggest takeaway is the concept of "coordinating at the speed of trust." We have all the solutions. What we lack is the governance layer to connect them. ReGen Civics is proposing exactly that. Wrote a summary article: [Dario's Medium article](https://medium.com/@dario_regen/example5)

Video 3 shifted something in me. The idea that we are not building an organisation but an ecosystem hit differently. I have been in too many movements that became institutions and lost their aliveness. The game framing could be the antidote. I wrote a short invitation post for my network after watching: "If you have been wondering what regenerative civilisation actually looks like in practice, start here." Three friends have already reached out asking how to join. Post: [Luca's X post](https://x.com/luca_regen_north/status/example5)

Watched the Foundational Series — the four "Journey to Regenerative Civilizations" episodes. What landed hardest is Episode 1's opening frame: we're born into a web of agreements we never consented to — citizenship, governance, money — and a civilization is just a set of agreements that can be redrafted. As a software person that clicked: governance is code, and code can be rewritten.
Episode 2 surprised me mechanically — a currency designed to hold purchasing power by balancing issuance against real economic demand, not speculation; the "minimum viable regenerative economy" built from tools communities already have. And Episode 4 put it in lineage: the community currency movement is decades old and mostly died of administrative overhead — the new tooling isn't the novelty, it's removing the overhead that killed the last attempts.
As someone stewarding 120 acres solo, the through-line that matters: regeneration is a coordination problem, and the coordination layer is what's actually being built here. The land is the easy part.
