A tool for estimating the value of a contribution across the nine forms of capital, so a contribution that is not money can still be counted.
It is experimental, and the figures are not guaranteed rewards. The values are estimates to help someone think through their contributions holistically. It is impossible to fully quantify the intangible, and the argument for the tool is that if everyone uses the same one the results are more equitable. The calculator itself is evolved by proposals through the game.
What it counts
Financial capital covers direct contribution, funds raised or facilitated, revenue generated and costs saved, each with its own crediting standard. The other eight forms of capital are stepped through in turn, and a running total is carried across all nine.
